It’s 1996 at Williamsville North High, and like most freshmen, Jeff Mayne is trying to find his place. One fateful day, he crossed paths with sophomore Nick Heim in the hallway. In true teenage fashion, Jeff cracks what he later describes as a “stupid joke a 14-year-old would say,” striking a bond. While Buffalo’s Irish Classical Theater is normally a theater-in-the-round setting, one side of the auditorium has been blocked off to transform the stage into a set that combines elements of disco with chandeliers to merge Victorian London with queer club culture. “Dorian” follows a narrative that jumps between the plot of the novel, “The Picture of Dorian Gray,” and the life of the book’s author, Oscar Wilde, while making connections between the two stories. Only three actors make up the cast, and each of these three actors juggles multiple characters, based on both fictional and real personalities.

Now that the dust has settled, and free agency has slowed to a halt, I felt it appropriate to grade and rank each one of the Buffalo Bills free agents based on who I think can make the most impact on the field. That being said, each player signed by Buffalo are candidates to break out or play well enough to sign longer term deals.
