Top 10 games of 2012

Gamers fearing the end of the world this year may want to cash in on some games to fight the Armageddon blues. Attempting to rank the games from one to ten would be a bit pointless considering most of them are different genres and vary in platform, so here they are in no particular order.

Game: Borderlands 2

Depraved humor combined with an endless arsenal of guns and skills. Whether playing solo or with friends, this is one of the best first-person shooters of 2012.

Game: Mass Effect 3

Release Date: March 6

Whether you like the ending or not, Mass Effect 3 is one of the best all-around games of this year. Polished third-person combat with an epic soundtrack and a scintillating story make this game impossible to pass up.
