Twilight fans take over the night for premiere after dark

???What could be better than a sexy, devoted, bad boy vampire? Twilight fans seem to agree whole-heartedly that nothing is better than Edward Cullen.

???Teenage girls couldn't get to the theaters fast enough as Twilight made its debut at 12:01 a.m. Friday morning. Based on the bestselling series of the same name by Stephanie Meyer, Cullen (Robert Pattinson Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) is driving fans to the box office en masse.

???Submerging into Cullen and Bella Swan's blossoming romance is like going on an exotic vacation. The love between the vampire and human is raw rare and true giving hope to all readers.

???The moment Cullen appears on the big screen, there is an audible and palpable excitement that spreads like wildfire through the audience. When Cullen first locks his eyes on his Swan (Kristen Stewart, Jumper), it's clear that their love is treading into dangerous territory.

???But the big question on devoted Twilight fans' minds is: Will the movie ruin the book? The resonating answer is no.

???Twilight manages to stay true to the original storyline, as Meyer was very involved in developing the script. However, there were various scenes and a bit of additional dialogue that were added to the on-screen storyline. .

???Cullen and Swan's love develops at a rapid pace. One day they share a glance, and the next week they are painstakingly devoted and addicted to one another, also an abrupt distinction between book and film

???To love is to lust and to bleed is to believe. This balance between the strongest of emotions and Cullen's predisposed need for blood fuels not only the relationship between himself and Swan, but also adds to the eerie romanticism that makes this film into something unlike others in its genre.

???Kristen Stewart blossoms in her role as Swan, whose character is hesitant, naturally beautiful and shy.

???However, during a serious and intimate point in the movie when the well-coiffed vampire tells Swan that she can't return to their hometown of Forks, Stewart overacts.

It's hard not to laugh, as Stewart appears to hyperventilate while attempting to mutter exasperated words.

???Pattinson is successful in filling the big shoes of Cullen. He portrayed the novel's bloodsucking hero's character and mannerisms exactly as fans envisioned. Pattinson was surely able to feel the pressure in his attempts to embody a loved and admired character by the "twi-hards."

???As the credits begin to roll, fans will almost undoubtedly beg for more. Twilight encompasses everything viewers could ask for: lust, action and unbelievable romance.

???While fans slowly trudge back to their cars through a downfall of snow, there's bound to be but one thought crossing their minds: "I wish there was a real Edward Cullen...and I wish he would bite me."
