Disgruntled Customers
Morgan Spurlock, the guy who went on the infamous McDonald's diet for last year's hit documentary "Super Size Me," offended several members of Hatboro-Horsham High School at their first-ever health fair when he ripped on McDonald's employees, cited the special-needs students in the audience as "retarded kids in the back wearing helmets" and said that teachers go out on their breaks to smoke pot on the balcony.
While the majority of the 700 students gave a standing ovation, many teachers and board members said it was inappropriate and offensive and cancelled a speech that Spurlock was to give for community members. Spurlock said that the most important thing the students learned about was the right to free speech.
Insane for 'Plane' movie
The much-hyped "Snakes on a Plane" shot for five extra days this past month to boost the rating from PG-13 to R, according to the Hollywood Reporter. "Snakes," starring Samuel L. Jackson who is said to have taken the role because of the title, has become increasingly popular on the Internet with fans demanding the line from Jackson: "I want these motherf***ing snakes off the motherf***ing plane!"
The filmmakers have since added more violence as well as Jackson's line. The film is set be released this summer on Aug. 16.
