At approximately 2:25 p.m. Thursday, a UB student suffered a seizure outside of Knox Hall and was taken to Buffalo General Hospital by paramedics.
Popularity or sheer talent, there’s no foolproof way to know who will win at this year’s American Music Awards ceremony, but the trophies will do all of the talking in the end when some lucky talent walks away with the title.

In the mid-1970s, Michael Basinski, current curator of the UB poetry collection and poet, took a creative writing course in Clemens Hall taught by poet Irving Feldman. Feldman’s skill and patience in critiquing student work encouraged Basinski to work fervently on polishing his craft, helping him become the artist he is today.
