U.S. won’t prosecute medical marijuana users

            Citizens who use medical marijuana no longer have to fear prosecution from federal authorities. The Justice Department issued an internal memo to authorities in 14 states where medical marijuana is legal to no longer pursue cases on that issue. [read more]
