Ban on smoking likely to be unenforceable
On Wednesday, UB officials announced the UBreathe Free initiative, which will ban smoking on campus at the start of the 2009-2010 school year. No one will be allowed to smoke in buildings or on the grounds of all three campuses, including in the parking lots. [read more]
