Big Sean performs in front of a sold-out crowd at Fall Fest held in Alumni Arena last semester. This year's Spring Fest will also be held in Alumni Arena due to weather forecast.

There will be no more general public tickets for Spring Fest due to the change of location of the concert.

The Chainsmokers, Mac Miller, Icona Pop and Coleman Hell were originally suppose to perform outdoors at Baird Point, but will now perform inside Alumni Arena. Since Alumni Arena is a smaller venue, UB's Student Association stopped selling general public tickets last week so students have a chance to attend the concert.

There were originally 1,500 general public tickets and 1,000 have been sold, according to SA President Minahil Khan. Alumni Arena can hold up to 6,500 people, leaving room for roughly 5,500 students.

The forecast calls for a low 42 degrees by the end of the concert and the decision to move Spring Fest inside is not reversible, according to SA.

Spring Fest will be held on Saturday, April 23. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. and the show starts at 6 p.m.

The concert is free for all undergrads who pay the mandatory student activity fee of $104.75 and have their UB ID.
