Students packed Alumni Arena for Spring Fest in 2013. This year's Fall Fest will also be held in Alumni because of inclement weather.

If you were trying to buy a general admission ticket to Fall Fest, it’s too late.

That’s because the concert, featuring Big Sean, Jeremih, Isaiah Rashad and Tink, is being moved from outdoors at Baird Point to indoors at a slightly smaller venue in Alumni Arena and the Student Association is trying to ensure UB students get to see it.

An inclement weather forecast, which calls for thunderstorms and a 50 percent chance of rain for Saturday’s concert, is the reason behind the move indoors. SA is now cutting off the sale of the remaining general admissions tickets so more students can fit inside Alumni Arena.

Originally, 1,500 general public tickets were available through Ticketmaster and the SA office and 575 tickets were sold prior to the Ticketmaster sales being closed, according to SA Entertainment Coordinator Marc Rosenblitt.

The remaining 925 spots will be provided for undergraduate students.

The initial number of seats available for undergrads was 5,000. By canceling ticket sales, undergraduates now have around 6,000 seats available.

Fall Fest will be held on Sept. 12. at Alumni Arena and is free for all undergrads who pay the mandatory student fee of $104.75.
